RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Talbot Runhof, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return or exchange it within 14 days of receiving your items.
RETURN POLICY
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Sale items and personalized/custom-made pieces cannot be returned.
HOW TO RETURN
- Log in to your account at adrianrunhof.com and go to “My Orders.”
- Select the items you wish to return and follow the instructions.
- Pack the items securely in their original packaging.
- Ship the return package using a trackable shipping method.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
EXCHANGES
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original purchase and place a new order for the desired item.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service immediately. We will arrange a return or replacement at no additional cost.
REFUND TIMELINE
- Credit card refunds: 5-7 business days (processing time may vary by bank).
- PayPal refunds: 3-5 business days.
